Title Sequence Final

Hi blog! Welcome back for this weeks post. I'm thrilled to be back with the most recent news on our film's debut. This week, we will talk about our title sequence.

Our goal intended to make the title sequence as simple as possible, with only the essentials to avoid distracting from the scenes in which the credits are taking place. This also influenced our font selection, Copperplate, which we believed was sleek, clean, not distracting, unlike many of the other typefaces we looked at, and captured the essence of our movie opener. We chose white to properly contrast the dark background, so that if the viewer decides to focus on our credits, they wont be strained or distracted.

The most obvious and significant thing we included in our title sequence was, of course, our title! We thought "Betrayed Shadows" was mysterious, caught the plot of our opening and film, and was compelling enough to entice someone to watch if that was all they knew about our "movie". This is how our title will look with the typeface and the size (32) that we estimate we will use:

As for the rest of our title sequence, we both followed our teacher's advice and included only the fundamentals, such as a production company, actors, and so on. Because we are not actually creating this film, we created our own firms and studios to suit the purpose, and we had no problems using real company names. For our actors, directors, editors, and so on, we chose to utilize their true names because it was the simplest option and efficiently avoided any mistake. The remaining credits for our title sequence are listed below:
